The benefits from a gas stove is you can cook with unique burners for a very high-temperature heat for boiling or searing. And also the best thing from the gas stove is, you still can cook though your electricity is out.
Electric Stove An electric stove have less control over heat output like when you boil the water, it can take longer to cook. The models are slightly cheaper than gas stoves, but also cost a little more to operate from month to month. An electric stove is more likely for people who has a small kitchen to operate, however if you deciding to have an electric stove, please do an overall review before buying one. The brands also hold a important role here, ask some of your friends or read some reviews from each brands. An electric stove need more repairing parts than a gas stove.

Many people suggests if you have an extra space at your kitchen, do buy a gas stove. Though it can cost you more than an electric one, but it can safe your wallet in a long term. But it's all depends on you, each type has it's own benefits. Just think it over and over and over again wisely.
